No, it is not possible to transfer membership to another person.

The Buyer Club program offers a limited number of spots and is designed to include a diverse range of companies eligible for membership. Each company is entitled to have one professional receive complimentary accommodation at a 5-star hotel near the venue.

If more than one professional from the same company qualifies for membership, additional services will be evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair allocation and consideration.

The Buyer Club member can bring one person as a guest into the lounge. The requirement is that the person has their own admission ticket for the fair, which must be shown upon entry.

As a DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR Buyer Club member, you can bring any event visitor as a companion into the lounge. The companion needs a valid event ticket for access and can only stay in the lounge with a member. 

A valid trade fair ticket must be presented for entry. The companion gets free access to the Buyer Club Lounge, including free use of catering (excluding lunch sets reserved only for Buyer Club members). Other Buyer Club benefits are reserved exclusively for club members.

Access to the Buyer Club Lounge is exclusively reserved for members with a special Hosted Buyer badge, which can be obtained at the entrance upon presenting your Buyer Club code and visitor registration ticket.

Your colleague can apply for membership by registering online for the DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR Buyer Club 2025 before the registration deadline. However, if they miss the registration period, they will not be eligible for membership in the 2025 edition. Please note that requests for membership access on-site will not be accepted.

After the event, your colleague can register their interest for the DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR Buyer Club 2026 to be considered for the next edition.

After online registration, your application will be reviewed according to the membership criteria. Upon meeting the criteria, you will receive your approval email including the individual Buyer Club code.

To enter the fair as a Buyer Club member, start by registering online as a regular visitor—registration is free of charge.
